How it works

Home insurance in this calculator is sum times rate over 100. 400000 × 0.15% = 600. The result is 600,00 zł. 300000 × 0.20% gives 600,00 zł. 500000 × 0.08% gives 400,00 zł.

The sum field is the base. The rate field is a percent from your hands. 0.15, 0.20, and 0.08 do not load from a price list. Two pairs give the same 600,00 zł, because 400000 × 0.15% and 300000 × 0.20% are the same product.

The calculator does not ask about walls, liability, or accident cover. 500000 and 0.08% stays 400,00 zł with no deductible and no discount. Those fields are not here.

Property tax next door multiplies a value by a percent. Rent and area divides an amount by metres. Here only sum times rate. 0.15 at 400000 leaves 600,00 zł.

Type 400000 and 0.15, then Calculate. A comma in 0.15 parses. A product sketch, not a policy and not an insurer quote.

400000 at 0.15% gives 600,00 zł. 300000 at 0.20% gives 600,00 zł. 500000 at 0.08% gives 400,00 zł. Another rate at the same sum gives another result.

Formula

premium = sum × (rate / 100)
