How it works

Rent calculator in this calculator multiplies the area by the unit rate. 55 × 12 gives 660,00 zł. 40 × 15 gives 600,00 zł. 70 × 10 gives 700,00 zł. The result is rent to the owner, with two decimals.

The area field is the first factor. The rate field is the second. Service charge and utilities wait in the optional block. In these three examples they stay empty, so the result does not add a community fee.

660,00 zł is not a Rendin contract. 600,00 zł does not know a deposit. 700,00 zł is 70 times 10. The calculator does not compute ROI or a public housing scheme.

Rent versus area in finance divides: 2400 / 48 leaves 50,00 zł. Here multiplication. Price per m² divides a purchase price, not a monthly rent.

Type 55 and 12, then Calculate. A comma in 12.5 parses. A two-field sketch, not an addendum to a lease.

55 × 12 gives 660,00 zł. 40 × 15 gives 600,00 zł. 70 × 10 gives 700,00 zł. Another rate at 55 changes 660,00.

Formula

rent = area × rate. Admin = area × admin rate. Total = rent + admin + utilities, only when you type options.
