How it works

A/C service in this calculator is recharge times quantity plus labour. 180 × 1 + 120 = 300. The result is 300, with no currency in the number. 220 × 2 + 0 gives 440. 150 × 1 + 200 gives 350.

Field a is the recharge cost. Field b is a multiplier, usually 1, with no label of its own. The labour field is the service line. 180 and 1 with empty labour give 180. The examples add 120, 0, or 200.

Refrigerant type, anti-fungal treatment, and a leak test do not load as separate lines. 180 is a number you type. A station with a cabin clean can charge more than 120. Type another labour figure and 300 will not return.

Brake pads next door add front, rear, and labour. Here recharge times quantity plus one service line. 300 is not an axle sum.
