How it works

Backup window in this calculator divides the typed size by the typed throughput. 500 GB and 100 give 1.39. 2000 GB and 250 give 2.22. 50 GB and 20 give 0.69. Hours from (GB × 1000) / field / 3600. Not a backup agent and not Windows Backup.

Field a is GB. Field b is throughput with an MB/s label. 500 and 100 give 5000 seconds, which is 1.39 h. The calculator does not add TCP headers and does not know compression. You type both numbers.

1.39 is not a tape measurement. 2.22 does not come from Veeam. 0.69 is not a change window from a calendar. Another throughput at 500 changes 1.39. There is no live link probe.
