Saturated fat in this calculator is an energy percent turned into grams. The divisor is 9, same as all fat. Two thousand kcal and 10% give about 22.2 g, because 200 / 9. One thousand eight hundred and 10% give exactly 20.0 g.
Two thousand two hundred and 7% is about 17.1 g. If you type 10, the code divides by 100. If you type 0.10, it already treats that as a fraction.
People mix this cap up with all fat. The neighboring card takes any fat percent and still divides by 9: 2200 and 30% is about 73 g, a different number from the 22.2 g at 10%. Protein on CalcBoxer comes from kilograms, not from this formula. Mifflin and TDEE do not enter the saturated grams. There is no mass field.
