Swimming calories take a MET from the list, mass, and minutes. The formula is MET × kg × hours. Default moderate swimming is 8 MET. Seventy kilograms and 30 minutes at 8 give 280. The same 70 kg and 45 minutes give 420, because time enters in a straight line: 0.75 hours instead of 0.5. Easy 6 MET at 80 kg and 30 minutes give 240. Vigorous 10 MET at 70 kg and 30 minutes give 350.
People want to type 25 m laps, turns, and stroke. Tiles are not an input here. Ninety kilograms and an hour at 8 MET give 720. Sixty kilograms and 20 minutes at 8 give 160. Seventy-five kilograms, 45 minutes, and 10 MET give 562.5, 563 on the page. Sixty-five kilograms, 15 minutes, and 6 MET give 98.
