FFMI and lean mass appear only after a body-fat percent. That is an estimate from weight and BF%, not a DEXA scan. BMR and TDEE run after age.

How it works

BMI and muscle mass in this calculator is still weight in kg divided by height in metres squared. 70 / 1.70² = 24.221. The calculator writes 24.2 in the result. 92 kg and 180 cm give 28.4. 100 kg and 175 cm give 32.7. There is no arm girth and no muscle percent.

Field a is weight. Field b is height. Age, sex, and activity do not enter 24.2. Mifflin BMR and PAL TDEE show only when age is greater than 0. Without age you still get 24.2.

The name mentions muscle mass. The script computes the same WHO BMI as the BMI card. FFMI sits in the abbreviations, not in the result. 32.7 at 100 kg and 175 cm is still kg / m², not kilograms of muscle.

The BMI card next door has the same quotient with no BMR row. BMR computes Mifflin from weight and height. Here BMR is an option after age. Daily TDEE lives on the TDEE card.

Type weight, type height, then Calculate. A comma in 70.5 parses. Zero height leaves a dash. A sketch from a quotient, not a physique score and not a doctor note.
