B2B calculator

Tax, social charges and costs come off B2B revenue. 12,000, 1,500, 19% and 1,600 leave 6,620. Six rate packs are a sketch, not 20 countries and not a tax return.

This is not a comparison of B2B with an employment contract, and it is not a tax filing. Side hustle without social: side hustle. PIT-style tax: income tax.

Data

Result

Revenue, costs, tax and social. The result will show here.

How it works

Net = revenue × (1 − tax/100) − social − costs. 12,000, 19%, 1,600 and 1,500 give 12,000 × 0.81 − 3,100 = 6,620. The effective rate is (12,000 − 6,620) / 12,000 ≈ 44.8%. A 12% lump pack with the same fields leaves 7,460.

Tax must be under 100. Revenue, costs and social cannot be negative. The pack only inserts defaults. You can overwrite them.

Here you build B2B from tax and social. Side-hustle net takes tax only, with no social line. Income tax is a simplified scale, not this card.

1,600 is a social sketch, not a 2026 contribution table. 19% and 12% are your pack, not a ruling. Six countries are a sketch, not 20 jurisdictions and not an LLC.

The result stays in the header currency. The example button fills pack, revenue, costs, tax and social.

Social is an amount you type, not a percent. ETR is revenue minus net, divided by revenue. Pack only fills defaults. A comma in 19.5 works. Do not put spaces in 12,000: type 12000.

How to use

  1. Pick PL B2B linear. Type 12000, 1500, 19 and 1600, or keep the pack numbers after you change the list.
  2. Click Calculate. Net is 6,620, tax 2,280, effective rate about 44.8%.
  3. A 12% lump pack at the same 12,000, 1,500 and 1,600 gives 7,460.
  4. US 25% and social 0 at 8,000 and 400 leaves 5,600.
  5. Type social from your own bill or keep the pack sketch. An employment contract is not compared here.

Formula

net = revenue × (1 − tax/100) − social − costs. ETR = (revenue − net) / revenue × 100. tax < 100.

Revenue, social and ETR

12,000, 19% and 1,600 plus 1,500 costs leave 6,620.

Revenue
Month amount before tax. 12,000 at 19% is 2,280 tax.
Social
An amount, not a percent. 1,600 in the PL pack is a sketch.
ETR
(Revenue − net) / revenue. 5,380 / 12,000 ≈ 44.8%.
Pack
Six sketches. Not 20 countries and not the 2026 act.

Suggested uses

  • You check whether 12,000 at 19% and 1,600 in contributions leaves 6,620, before you put 10k take-home in the budget.
  • You compare 19% linear tax with 12% flat-rate tax at the same contribution sketch.

Frequently asked questions

How much net from 12,000, 1,500, 19% and 1,600?

6,620. Tax is 2,280. Then 1,600 social and 1,500 costs. Effective rate ≈ 44.8%.

What does effective rate mean?

It is (revenue − net) / revenue. It folds tax, social and costs together. Corporate tax is outside this ratio, and so is the 19% figure on its own.

What about a 12% lump pack?

7,460. 12,000 × 0.88 = 10,560, minus 1,600 and 1,500.

Is 1,600 the 2026 social bill?

No. It is a sketch the pack suggests. Type your own contribution when you know another number.

Do you compare B2B with an employment contract?

No. This card only computes B2B from your fields. An employment contract stays outside the formula.

Does 19% come after costs?

No. Tax comes off revenue first, then social and costs. 12,000 × 0.81, then the 3,100.

How many packs are on the list?

Six: two Polish, DE, UK, US, ES. Not 20 countries and not an LLC.

How is this different from side hustle?

Here social is its own field. There you only have tax and costs.
