We first bring the input to Celsius. When the list says °F, C = (°F - 32) × 5/9. Three hundred fifty °F is about 176.7 °C, 177 on the page, because we round to a whole degree. One hundred eighty °C is 356 °F, because F = C × 9/5 + 32. One hundred sixty °C is 320 °F exactly. Two hundred °C is 392 °F. Two hundred twenty °C is 428 °F. Three hundred seventy-five °F is about 191 °C. Four hundred °F is about 204 °C. Two hundred fifty °F is about 121 °C.
The list names the scale of the typed number, not an arrow direction. The result still goes to Celsius. The first card follows the header: metric shows °C, US shows °F, both as whole degrees. The second card always adds the other scale, so 180 °C is visible as 356 °F without flipping the header.
One hundred eighty °C is a typical cake. Two hundred °C is many sheet pans. Two hundred twenty °C is a hotter oven. One hundred sixty °C is slower baking. Bake time and a probe in the crumb stay out. Ovens often click in 5 or 10 degree steps, which is why the cards show whole degrees.
