How it works

Travel time in this calculator is distance over average speed. 150 km at 90 km/h is 150 / 90 = 1.666… hours. The result is 1 h 40 min. 300 km at 100 km/h gives 3 h 0 min. 80 km at 50 km/h gives 1 h 36 min. Zero minutes stay in the result. The calculator does not print a bare 3 h.

Distance is km and speed is km/h when the header is metric. You type the average yourself. There are no jams, lights, or a detour from an app. 90 km/h on 150 km is an assumption, not a live trace.

Breaks are optional. Leave them empty and the driving-versus-stops split stays hidden. The result is still 1 h 40 min at 150 and 90, because you add nothing to driving. Type a 20 min stop and the total grows.

Arrival time runs only after a start. Leave departure empty and the clock stays hidden. Type 8:00 at 150 km and 90 km/h, then the calculator adds 1 h 40 min to that clock. With no start you keep time on the road only.
