How it works

Range on a full tank in this calculator is litres over L/100 km, times 100. 50 / 7 × 100 = 714.28… The result is 714 km after rounding. 45 L and 6.5 give 692 km. 60 L and 8 give 750 km. Extra litres, city, and correction stay empty.

Tank size is litres and consumption is L/100 km with a metric header. 7 L/100 km is a number you type. It does not come from a WLTP sticker. Consumption from a fill-up lives on the fuel consumption card, then you paste it here.

Optional city consumption, city share, and a % correction change effective L/100 km. The examples leave those fields empty, so only 7, 6.5, or 8 runs. Type city 9 and a 50% share at 50 L and 7, and 714 km will not come back.

Extra fuel in a can is added to capacity. The examples do not do that. 50 L stays 50 L. A US header switches the tank to gallons and consumption to mpg. The 714, 692, and 750 results are metric.
