Example 1 — starter profile
15 min/day, reason “smiling creator,” 45° angle, no symptoms, F = 0 → 68 cm, grade II, hate risk 51%.
Measure how deep someone sticks it into a joke. LISI turns feed outrage into satirical centimeters — for a reply, a Stories post, or a laugh. Not orthopedics. A roast of the hate comment.
CalcBoxer Labs entertainment tool. It does not replace conversation, therapy, or an orthopedic exam.
Start with a ready scenario or move the sliders — the live preview shows depth right away. One button gives you the full report, a reply, and a 9:16 Stories certificate.
The calculator uses the numbers you enter: minutes a day spent judging content (T), points for the outrage reason (R), how locked in you are on the joke (θ), the sum of checked symptoms (ΣS), and trend context (F). The model is the CalcBoxer Lumbar Internet Stiffness Index (LISI). It is a satirical point total, not a medical scale. The formula computes depth in index centimeters; the Metric / US header switch shows that depth in cm or in inches.
Formula: D = max(12, round(0.45·T + R + 0.8·θ + ΣS + F)). With T = 15, R = 25, θ = 45, ΣS = 0, and F = 0: 0.45·15 = 6.75; 0.8·45 = 36; sum 6.75 + 25 + 36 = 67.75; after rounding D = 68 cm. Hate risk at 68 cm is min(65, round(68·0.75)) = 51%.
Second example (Absolute Slop): T = 60, R = 60, θ = 75, ΣS = 35, F = 0. Sum 27 + 60 + 60 + 35 = 182, so D = 182 cm and risk 99%. Third published profile (Perpetual corrector): T = 30, R = 40, θ = 50, F = 8, ΣS = 0 → D = 102 cm. The science talk is a joke wrapper around real ideas: online disinhibition (John Suler), moral grandstanding (Tosi and Warmke), and cognitive rigidity. The centimeters do not measure bones.
The CalcBoxer Lumbar Internet Stiffness Index (LISI) simply adds the points from the form — the weights are public, the scale is a joke.
D = max(12, round(0.45·T + R + 0.8·θ + ΣS + F))
John Suler described online disinhibition: a sharp tone comes easier in comments than face to face. Tosi and Warmke write about moral grandstanding — outrage as a status signal. LISI jokes about how deep that signal digs, without pretending to be a medical scale.
| D range | Grade | Risk | Signal |
|---|---|---|---|
| < 40 cm | I | ≤ 25% | Shrug |
| 40–84 cm | II | ≤ 65% | Lecture comment |
| 85–139 cm | III | ≤ 90% | “Slop” stamp |
| ≥ 140 cm | IV | 99% | Absolute Slop GIF |
Here are concrete numbers from the same formula the calculator runs — something you can cite, not a meme with no math behind it. Handy for editors, creators, and anyone writing about comment-section outrage without lecturing.
15 min/day, reason “smiling creator,” 45° angle, no symptoms, F = 0 → 68 cm, grade II, hate risk 51%.
60 min, R = 60, 75° angle, GIF + discomfort, F = 0 → 182 cm, grade IV, risk 99%. A 114 cm gap between mild irritation and the hands-up GIF.
Method in one line: D = max(12, round(0.45·T + R + 0.8·θ + ΣS + F)); hate risk rises with the D bands. Satire with clear weights — not orthopedics.
The LISI calculator turns feed-hate tone into satirical centimeters from outrage time, reason, emotional age, symptoms, and trend context. Mild irritation lands around 68 cm; an Absolute Slop comment around 182 cm. A joke about comment stiffness — not anatomy and not a survey-rod or grade-stick tool.
The formula adds parts from time, reason, emotional age, symptom sum, and trend context, then rounds to centimeters (floor 12). Starter example: 15×0.45 + 25 + 45×0.8 = 68 cm.

A few seconds. Pick a scenario or move the sliders — depth shows up right away. One button gives you the full report, a reply, and a Stories certificate.
No. LISI centimeters are a joke measurement, not anatomy. This calculator does not check spines, replace a doctor, or rate anyone as a person.
Yes — the displayed depth. Metric shows centimeters (e.g. 68 cm); US shows inches (about 26.8 in). The formula still runs in index centimeters; only the on-page unit changes.
No checked symptoms means ΣS = 0. “No extra context” means F = 0. The formula still runs: D = max(12, round(0.45·T + R + 0.8·θ + ΣS + F)).
Yes. “Copy reply” gives a random ironic answer with the depth and a short “leave the feed” nudge. You can also download a 9:16 certificate or copy a link with your inputs.
The starter read is usually 68 cm (grade II). Perpetual corrector: 102 cm. Absolute Slop: 182 cm (grade IV). Under 40 cm is mild irritation; from 140 cm the joke barely lands.
No. The math runs locally in the browser. Nothing is sent to CalcBoxer when you generate a report.
It is satire, not a verdict. Step back from the feed for a bit, try some self-irony, and — if you want — a reply instead of more hate.
