PSU calculator

Enter CPU TDP, GPU TDP and the rest of the platform. The calculator adds the watts, multiplies by 1.25 and steps up to a typical PSU rating. 65, 150 and 80 give a 295 W sum and a 450 W recommendation.

This is a TDP estimate, not a specific SKU and not an 80 Plus efficiency curve. The steps are 450, 550, 650, 750, 850, 1000 and 1200 W. Above 1200 W the result rounds up to the next 50 W.

How it works

PC power supply in this calculator sums three inputs. 65, 150 and 80 give Suma szacunkowa: 295 W (CPU 65 + GPU 150 + reszta 80). 125, 320 and 100 give 545 W. 35, 75 and 50 give 160 W. A watt sum plus a recommended PSU step.

Fields: psu-cpu, psu-gpu, psu-rest. 65+150+80 = 295. 125+320+100 = 545. 35+75+50 = 160. The calculator may also show a 1.25 headroom suggestion, but the result stays the sum.

295 W is not a Seasonic model. 545 W does not come from an 80 Plus list. 160 W does not know efficiency. You type three TDPs. The calculator does not pick a PSU.

IOPS next door counts operations from ms. Storage cost multiplies GB. Here 65, 150 and 80 stay 295 W, the watt sum alone.

Type 65, 150 and 80, then Calculate. The result is an estimated 295 W sum and a 450 W PSU recommendation. A comma in 65.5 works. This is a wattage step, not a named model.

65, 150 and 80 give 295 W. 125, 320 and 100 give 545 W. 35, 75 and 50 give 160 W. Another CPU at 150 changes 295 W.

Formula

sum = CPU + GPU + rest. The result is the sum. A watt estimate, a 450 W recommendation, not a named model.

How to use

  1. Type CPU 65, GPU 150, and rest 80.
  2. Click Calculate. The sum is 295 W.
  3. 125, 320 and 100 give 545 W. 35, 75 and 50 give 160 W.
  4. A watt sum plus a recommended PSU step.
  5. IOPS sits on IOPS.

65 + 150 + 80 = 295 W

A watt sum plus a recommended PSU step. 65, 150 and 80 give 295 W.

PC
CPU + GPU + rest. 125, 320 and 100 give 545 W.
power
The the result. 35, 75 and 50 give 160 W. An estimate, not a picker.
supply
The three-field sum. 65, 150 and 80 leave 295 W. Not a SKU.

Common questions

What sum at 65, 150 and 80?

Suma szacunkowa: 295 W (CPU 65 + GPU 150 + reszta 80). Not a PSU picker.

What about 125, 320 and 100?

Suma szacunkowa: 545 W (CPU 125 + GPU 320 + reszta 100).

What about 35, 75 and 50?

Suma szacunkowa: 160 W (CPU 35 + GPU 75 + reszta 50).

Does the calculator pick a PSU model?

No. Three numbers. No 80 Plus and no SKU list.

Is 295 W the headroom suggestion?

No. The result is the sum. The 1.25 headroom may sit beside it.

Does a comma in 65,5 work?

Yes. Another CPU at 150 and 80 changes 295 W.

Does 295 W know efficiency?

No. A TDP sum. No PSU curve.

Where do I time disk IOPS?

On IOPS. Here 295 W from 65, 150 and 80 stays.

Does zero in rest count?

Yes as 0. Blank CPU or GPU is a field error, not a picker.
