How it works

Daily protein in this calculator is weight in kg times a g/kg factor. 70 × 1.6 = 112. The result is 112 g/day. 80 × 1.2 = 96 g/day. 60 × 2 = 120 g/day. Height and age do not enter this product.

You type the factor yourself. There is no maintain / cut / muscle button. Those 1.0, 2.0, and 1.8 rates live on the protein card. 70 kg and 1.6 give 112 whatever the label goal says.

With a US header, weight is in pounds and the calculator converts to kg before it multiplies. The US factor is g/lb and returns to g/kg. The 112, 96, and 120 examples are from a metric header.
